The one great thing about going to different fishing and boating shows is the people you meet and the "helpful" hints they throw your way. At the Houston Summer Boat Show this year I met Chuck Devereaux and got some great tips on bait and techniques. Chuck has this 50' long Bass tub stocked with 30 Black Bass. He shared some of his favorites with me and gave me a "hands on lesson". Chuck will be at the Toyota Bass Classic in October at Lake Conroe, Texas.

As baby boomers eyes are getting a bit "weak" we have looked for more and more knot tyers/readers. One addition is a blue mirror lens with built in magnifier and also a metal titanium frame with reader for fishing and everyday use. We have also added a yellow fitover that goes from yellow to dark for 24 hour protection for those who wear prescription glasses. The new Category for the ladies will continually be updated with high fashion polarized glasses.

When you are shopping for sunglasses for fishing, you need complete immunity from the sun's radiation. All of the glasses on this site have maximum protection from UVA/B light. Additionally, they will be polarized so they allow you to see through the water at the fish as they block glare. As you are most likely right on the water, the rays are coming down from the sun, and are bouncing right back up at you off the water. The UV protection and the polarization are "must haves" and will keep your eyes relaxed and free from eyestrain.

Beyond that there are many hundreds of pairs of sunglasses that provide different options as color, weight, lens material....and style. We will continue to bring you new and innovative fishing glasses.

"For the true angler, fishing produces a deep, unspoken joy, born of longing for that which is quiet and peaceful, and fostered by an inbred love of communing with nature"
